AR/Billing Associate

Location: Remote (USA)

Duration: 4+ months

Rate: $25/hour

One of our top clients, a financial industry big name, is searching for multiple AR Associates to join their team for a contract opportunity. This position requires someone detail-oriented, skilled in data entry, and comfortable with repetitive tasks. The role involves going through old AR, running aging reports, and sending emails about balances and copies of invoices. Experience with collections background is a plus.
This is a 40 hour/week 8-5 role.

Here's what you'll be doing:
  • Cleaning up AR data
  • Running aging reports and sending balance emails
  • Preparing bills, invoices, statements, and vouchers for payment.
  • Monitoring system operations for accurate billing information.

Here's what our ideal candidate has:
  • Collections background and Data entry skills
  • Oracle Fusion or Salesforce experience preferred
  • High School diploma or Equivalent
