- Overseeing the company's reward programs.
- Leading the administration of company reward plans.
- Coaching employees on reward plan details.
- Designing compensation packages and bonus programs that align with company programs.
- Managing third-party administrator relationships to ensure consistent and quality service delivery.
- Maintaining job grading, including drafting job descriptions and job analyses.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Knowledge of HRIS or payroll software.
- A familiarity with labor legislation.
- A strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
