Senior Director, Growth PMO and Real Estate
Salary: $160,000-$180,000
Our client is looking to hire a Senior Director of Growth PMO and Real Estate, based in their Atlanta office. This role holds a senior-level role responsible for ensuring the successful and timely opening and integration of new sites, while also managing their real estate portfolio and facilities.
Here's what you'll be doing:
Leading the Integration Management Office (IMO) to inform leadership of site project status, risks, and updates on the pipeline.
Overseeing project managers assigned to new site projects.
Maintaining standard project templates within project management software.
Fostering process improvement for executing and integrating new sites across departments.
Maintaining Integration and Acquisition Playbooks.
Overseeing construction project planning, including budget, schedule, and resource allocation.
Managing project budgets and expenses, implementing cost-control measures.
Identifying areas for process improvement and best practices in project delivery.
Managing relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers.
Here's what our ideal candidate has:
Strong portfolio/project management experience.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across various departments and leadership levels.
Experience in M&A integrations and change management.
Proven experience in real estate and facilities management.
Familiarity with facility management systems and regulatory requirements.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or related field
Preferred: Professional certifications in real estate, facilities management, construction management, or project management are desirable.
