Full Stack Shopify Developer

Location: Remote

Employment type: Direct hire

Salary: $140k - $160k

Agile is partnered with one of our top clients in the digital retail space looking for a Full Stack Shopify Developer to join their team!

Here's what you'll be doing:
  • Developing custom Shopify themes and apps using Shopify's APIs and Liquid programming language
  • Building reusable code and libraries for future use
  • Working with our team to design and develop Headless CMS architectures
  • Developing high-quality software design and architecture
  • Writing clean, well-documented, and testable code
  • Developing and implementing test-driven development practices
  • Troubleshooting and debugging applications
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
  • Participating in code reviews and maintaining code quality
  • Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development
Here's what our ideal candidate has:
  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Shopify Developer, with a minimum of 5 years of experience
  • Experience with React and Node.js
  • Experience with Headless CMS architecture
  • Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD)
  • Expertise in Shopify APIs and Liquid programming language
  • Understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery
  • Understanding of version control tools such as Git
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
