Sr. Scrum Master

Location: Hybrid in North Hills, NY

Pay: $60 per hour

Our client is a leader in the automotive industry, and they are seeking a Sr. Scrum Master to join their team!

Here's what you'll be doing:
  • Facilitating Agile ceremonies and cadences, guiding service delivery orientation, and supporting teams.
  • Facilitating contextual adoption of Lean Thinking, including visualization and continuous optimization of delivery flow using the Kanban Method.
  • Facilitating scaled events, including cross-team planning, delivery synchronization, and systems-level inspecting & adapting.
  • Working with the team and Product Owner/Managers to maintain a healthy backlog and rolling short and mid-term planning for upcoming releases.
  • Coaching the team on Lean, Agile, and Scrum principles with a goal of continuous improvement.
Here's what our ideal candidate has:
  • 5+ years of Scrum Master experience.
  • Experience with SAFe, the Kanban Method, or both.
  • Experience with Rally and/or Jira.
  • Scrum Master certification or equivalent certified professional.
