Our industry-leading client is searching for a Technical Support Specialist to provide help desk support for PC, server, and mainframe applications. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining and enhancing customer relationships.
Here's what you'll be doing:
Reviewing and documenting client issues via various channels.
Classifying severity, generating Client Support Help Desk tickets, and coordinating with resources for resolution.
Providing level-one technical support and escalating complex issues.
Verifying systems post-outages and monitoring critical path processing.
Here's what our ideal candidate has:
2+ years of related Help Desk/IT Support Experience
HS Degree or above (Bachelor's in computer science or related preferred).
Salesforce or Jira experience preferred
Financial industry/software experience is beneficial!
Support Experience: Training provided for proprietary software.
Troubleshooting Skills: Problem-solving mindset and team collaboration.
Communication: Strong communication skills, and willingness to seek help.
U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, and those authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer will be considered.
