Location: Hybrid in Atlanta, GA after a 4-6 week onsite training period
Compensation: $20/hour
Type: 6+ Month Contract
Are you an experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) professional seeking an exciting opportunity? Our client, a leader in the financial space, has the perfect opening for you.
Here's what you'll be doing:
Managing daily and monthly AR operational functions for multiple business portfolios.
Posting cash receipts promptly and ensuring proper allocation.
Reconciliation of customer accounts, including payment adjustments.
Timely resolution of unidentified and unapplied cash.
Owning the dispute resolution process and communicating with clients and internal teams.
Completion of time-sensitive month-end close processes, ensuring reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.
Here's what our ideal candidate has:
3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in AR or collections
Strong experience in Excel including Vlookups and Pivot tables
Lockbox / Cash Application Experience
Experience in Oracle or SAP preferred (not required)
Associate degree or above
