We are a seeking Agile Scrum Masters for our well-known client in the Atlanta-area.

Here’ s what you’ ll be doing:
  • Leading initiatives to deliver project objectives for medium to large sized software projects
  • Implementing internal Business Agility method and help adhere to required elements
  • Leading and completing  tasks to collect and report on IT security and remediation needs
  • Supporting release ceremonies and coordination activities; maintain software release schedules
  • Supporting sprint ceremonies for assigned teams, e.g., planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Assisting with backlog creation, refinement, and prioritization
  • Ensuring  key information radiators are accessible, visible, current, and improved as needed
  • Optimizing  the flow of work for assigned teams
  • Managing  risks, issues, and dependencies for the platform
  • Creating  and utilizing  key metrics to measure, improve, and report performance to stakeholders
  • Providing  Agility direction, advice on practices within needed standards and circumstance optionality

Here’ s what our ideal candidate has:
  • 3+ years of experience managing full software development life cycle (SDLC) projects including deployments, with cross-functional, matrix staff spanning lines of business and technical disciplines
  • 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master on projects using Agile software development methods, e.g., Lean; Scrum – certified SM is a plus; & SAFe – certified as a SAFe Program
  • Consultant (SPC) is a plus
  • Experience in leading teams for change initiatives related to Agile SDLC delivery of value
  • Proven ability as a leader able to work with multiple, diverse roles and personalities
  • Ability to understand technical issues at a high level
  • Proficiency  with JIRA and Microsoft Office products
