Our client is an enterprise Software Service (SaaS) company based in Atlanta, GA. With over 20 modules, our software powers the back-office processes for more than 100 medium and large associations and non-profits, providing order processing, member self-service, and e-marketing. We are looking for an extremely bright, experienced Product Manager that is self-driven and who wants to be a major contributor in a small, dynamic work environment. This person will be part of the product team that is focused on delivering products that users want, and will ensure that the product and any new features contribute to a positive customer experience by ensuring quality, reliability and performance.

Need to have:
  • Natural curiosity and drive to learn
  • Empathy for users and a passion to spread user-centered thinking throughout the organization.
  • A data-driven approach that leads you to avoid presumption and replace it with hypotheses to be tested
  • Experience managing product through lean product methods like validated learning, innovation accounting, and the build-measure-learn cycle
  • Experience with a variety of collaborative techniques for exploring market problems and proposing solutions with designers and engineers
  • Experience bringing a product through the entire lifecycle from conception to release.
  • Experience working with complex software systems such as CRM, ERP, etc.
  • Association or AMS experience a strong plus

What you’ ll do:
  • Learn everything you can about associations, and the people who administer them, the people who join them, and the problems they face
  • Gain a deep understanding of technology built so far to address those needs
  • Bring user personas to life to help the Engineering team know and empathize with the users they are building for
  • Work as part of a Product Management Team to define the product vision and roadmap
  • Collaborate with Engineering to design compelling solutions and validate those solutions with users
  • Communicate features through prioritized user stories with acceptance criteria
  • Champion the product internally and externally by educating, informing, and always listening
  • Provide leadership in working with partners on integrations

  • 5+ years Product Management experience delivering software products
  • 5+ years managing projects including assessing requirements and use cases
  • Knowledge of SaaS platforms and business model
  • Product Lifecycle Management. Experienced in successfully delivering products to market from Concept to Launch a must.
  • Experience working with complex software systems such as CRM, ERP, etc.
  • Association or AMS experience a strong plus
