SQL Developer

Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Salary: $125k - $140k

Our client is a full-service financial services firm, providing comprehensive financial advice and superior service to individual, corporate, and institutional investors. This mid-level position will be responsible for maintaining SQL Server tasks related to data management and reporting for our client's Data Repository and Data Warehouse.

They are seeking a SQL Developer to join their team in Philadelphia, PA!

Here's what our ideal candidate has:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or similar
  • 3+ years of experience as a Database Developer, Financial programmer, or SQL Developer
  • Experience in Data Warehouse environments
  • Experience with SSRS, SSIS
  • Good understanding of .NET technologies
  • An understanding of the financial services sector

Here's what you will be doing:
  • Actively participate in the design and maintenance of complex SSIS packages and SSRS reports
  • Database object deployments and version control
  • Assist DBAs in design, implementation and maintenance of business continuity strategies and disaster recovery plans
  • Assist the application teams with new database development, automation, and scheduling of jobs
  • Maintain Data Integrity between different environments
