Site Operations Manager
Location: Cedar Park, TX
Type: Full-Time, Direct
Compensation: $170K - $200K Base
Our client, a key player in alternative energy manufacturing, is seeking a Site Operations Manager for their team. In this role, you'll have the unique opportunity to make a huge impact from the ground up, on new Additive Manufacturing (AM) operations utilizing 3D metal printing. This role requires both hands-on technical knowledge and leadership experience.
Here's what you'll be doing:
- Setting up and managing 3D printers, production facilities, and overall AM operations.
- Leading and mentoring a team of 6-8 technicians.
- Overseeing buildout, design, and prototyping for metal AM projects.
Here's what our ideal candidate has:
- Experience managing and operating an AM site.
- Strong understanding of Laser Powder Bed Fusion (LPBF) technology.
- Experience working with metal powders.
- Leadership skills to build and mentor a growing team.
