Job Description
Our client in the transportation industry seeks a Manager of Project Development to lead software development teams in creating, integrating, and supporting software products. This primarily onsite role in Cary, NC, offers a salary of up to $160,000 plus bonus potential.
Responsibilities
- Lead software development teams, overseeing full project delivery from requirements through post-implementation.
- Manage planning, resource allocation, risk resolution, and application support.
- Drive business case development and technical discussions to guide team success (no coding required).
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years in software development with 2+ years in a management role.
- Proficiency in AWS and familiarity with Java or .NET preferred.
- PMP certification or commitment to obtain post-hire.
