Summary:

We are seeking a MS Dynamics  Support Specialist  to join a well-known client headquartered in Atlanta immediately!

Qualifications:
  • Must have strong knowledge of Microsoft productivity suite (email, PowerPoint, word, excel, etc.)
  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (this is a must have)
  • Familiarity with SharePoint 2010 / 2013
  • Knowledge of networking and security
  • General computer skills e.g., reset passwords, iPhone usage, printing, internet, etc.
  • Great customer service / phone presence / sense of urgency
  • Great writing skills, ability to document tickets and resolution
  • Strong follow-up skills (e.g., see a case through to resolution)
  • Ability to rapidly learn new applications as required
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment!
