Our client in the financial industry is looking for a Communications Coordinator who will support communications across internal/external channels.

Location: Candidates must be local to the Atlanta, GA area. This role will be hybrid.

Pay rate: $29/hour W2

Please note this is not open to third-parties or on C2C.

Here is what you will be doing:
  • Developing and writing strategic content (announcements, executive messages, customer communications)
  • Maintaining and updating existing content
  • Tracking and managing communications programs including calendars, tracking systems, and routing documents

Here is what our ideal candidate has:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or Related field
  • 2+ years of professional experience (this may include internship experience in communications, PR, journalism, etc.)
  • Excellent communication & writing skills
  • Strong attention to detail & AP style knowledge
  • Self-motivation & eagerness to learn
  • Experience with LumApps, Poppulo, Staffbase or Google Workspace
  • PR agency or public company experience is a plus
  • Financial services or technology background is a plus
