Client Implementation Manager

Our client is looking for a Client Implementation Manager   to join their rapidly growing team. This person will be responsible for all the tactical and operational client performance and experience.  

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’ s degree or equivalent business experience required
  • Extensive experience in employee voluntary benefits or client on-boarding & servicing
  • Project Management experience requires
  • Demonstrate sound judgment, problem solving, decision making, and execution skills
  • Strong requirements gathering and translation for business processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the acquisition and on-boarding process for new clients to ensure a successful launch event and high quality client experience throughout the launch.
  • Responsible for managing on-boarding timeline and communicating adjustments or changes to all parties
  • Identify client process efficiency measures, provide analysis and partner with other business areas to find solutions
