Terms: Contract through the end of 2026
Rate: $65-$72/hr W2 (No C2C or 1099 is available for this position)
We’re looking for a BI Developer to help design, build, and support analytics solutions that power business decision-making. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning dashboards end-to-end, working closely with stakeholders, and building scalable data models in a modern cloud data environment.
What You’ll Do

Design, develop, and maintain robust data models that support complex business reporting and analytics needs

Build and enhance Tableau dashboards and reports that deliver clear, actionable insights

Work with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery and/or Amazon Redshift), managing large datasets and optimizing query performance

Develop and support ETL/ELT processes, ensuring data accuracy and integrity from source systems through reporting

Troubleshoot issues holistically across the analytics stack — from the database layer through Tableau and downstream consumers

Create automations and custom solutions to improve data processing, reporting efficiency, and scalability

Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective data solutions

Operate independently on moderately complex initiatives while managing priorities in an Agile environment

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

3–5 years of experience in BI development, analytics engineering, or a similar role

Strong experience with data modeling for analytics and reporting use cases

Hands-on experience with BigQuery and/or Amazon Redshift

Proficiency in Tableau for dashboard development and data visualization

Experience building or supporting ETL/ELT pipelines and extracting data from multiple source systems

Solid understanding of database concepts, performance tuning, and maintenance

Strong communication skills and comfort working as a bridge between technical teams and business users

Experience using the Tableau REST API for automation or integrations

Exposure to database upgrades, patches, or platform improvements

Agile experience (Scrum) and familiarity with JIRA and Confluence
